Individual and group outplacement
We provide active and professional reorientation support to experts and executives at all levels. In agreement with the candidates and company, we develop an individually tailored programme – three-month, six-month, or no-limit. The latter means that the employee will be coached and supported discreetly by an independent personal adviser until taking on a new position; plus for up to 100 days after their professional transition.
We hold workshops and personal consultations for managers who must conduct layoff meetings, and assist them accordingly in their business culture.
